Is Sarah Walker from "Chuck" related to Annie Walker from "Covert Affairs"?

I always wonder that what if they are mother and daughter or cousins.
For example Chuck and Sarah from "Chuck" have two daughters, then
those two daughters are characters from the show "Covert Affairs". Or
they just cousins from Sarah's dad brother.
